Administration
Rob Dugan - Principal
My name is Rob Dugan, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Big Creek Elementary. This is my 26th year in education, and I have had the opportunity to serve students and families in a variety of roles at both the elementary and middle school levels. My experience includes work as a classroom teacher, graduation coach, professional learning leader, and administrator in both Forsyth and Hall counties.
I earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a master’s degree from VanderCook College of Music, and an Education Specialist degree from Kennesaw State University.
In addition to my work in education, I proudly serve as a Staff Sergeant in the Tennessee Army National Guard. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, mountain biking, playing guitar, and spending time with my family.
I look forward to partnering with our students, staff, families, and community as we continue to make Big Creek Elementary a place where every child feels supported, connected, and inspired to learn.
Go Wildcats!
