Wildcat Wonder After School Activity Policies and Procedures

Registration will be done through School Pay ONLY, unless noted under a specific class. Registration for sessions one and two will open on Monday, August 17th at 6 am. Registration for session one will close on 8/26. Registration for session two will close on 10/19. You will only be able to see classes that your child is eligible to attend based on grade. Once a class is filled, it will no longer be available for registration, and it will not show up in School Pay.
- Big Creek Activity Sessions are as follows: Session 1- 9/7-10/16 Session 2- 10/26-12/4
- Please be sure to pick up your child each day by 3:30 through the front carline. You will need to procure a car rider number if you don’t already have one. Car rider tags were given out during open house at the beginning of the school year. After two late pick-ups, your child will be asked not to return and will not receive a refund.
- Please email your child’s classroom teacher and the activity teacher if your transportation plans should change or if your child will be absent on the day of their activity.
- If your child misses a session, there will not be an opportunity to make up the class. However, should a session be canceled by a teacher or due to inclement weather, activity teachers will contact you with a makeup date.
- There will be a supervised snack time at 2:20, so please provide a snack for your child.
- In an effort to avoid traffic backup, students will all be dismissed from the front carline using car rider numbers. Please make sure your child knows their car rider number.

Big Creek Elementary Wildcat Wonder After School Activities Sessions 1 & 2
Session one of Wildcat Wonder begins the week of September 8 and continues through the week of October 13. Session two of Wildcat Wonder begins the week of October 27 and continues through the week of December 1. Activities do not meet when students are out of school for holiday breaks, on early release days, or during conference days.
All proceeds benefit Big Creek Elementary.
